EASY STEPS

Application Instruction:

Surface Preparation –

Clean the surface with Hard broom/Brush or compressed air to ensure that it is free from any loose dust or oil.
Any damaged surface with suitable system.

Application –

Black Japan Waterproofing provides economical roof sealing & easy to use. It does not require equipment or materials, such as boiler, gas cylinder, burners or adhesives.
It seals flat, inclined or vertical surfaces, joints to super structures etc. It can be painted over with reflective and elastic water based paint
The roof surfaces should preferably be slightly inclined to ensure adequate drainage and prevent formation of puddles.
Ready to use material, dilution is not recommended. Apply material using brush/roller or air less spray
Apply 2-3 Coats at an interval of 6-8 Hours.

Shelf Life

Best before 1 years from the date manufacture when in sealed pack and stored under proper condition
Store in a cool & dry place.

Coverage -

Black Japan Waterproofing should be applied @1.5-1.8 kg/sq.mt/2coats/mm thickness. Depending upon the requirements and also on the gravity of the leakages, It may be applied in 2 or 3 coats
